Cancellation & Transfer Policy
H&M Bus Company is a family owned and operated business. We take pride and pleasure in serving our customers, whether a past customer or a new customer, we look forward to serving you. Below, you will find our cancellation and transfer policy.

Reservation Policy: Reservations must be paid in full within 2 weeks of tour booking to hold your reservation. A $100 deposit within 5 working days of booking and must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy: No refund will be issued for cancellations received 14 days prior to departure. NO exceptions will be made. Cancellations and transfers must be made during business hours. In some cases your deposit may be transferable to another date.


H&M BUS COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ARTICLES LEFT ON THE MOTORCOACH! BUT WILL RETURN ANY LOST ITEMS FOUND.

Not Included: Meals and attractions not specified, tips for drivers, escorts and chambermaids, telephone calls and other items of personal nature.

Responsibility: H&M Bus Company is responsible for the safe reliable transportation to and from destination.
